The reception will be held at the Fort Wayne Woman’s Club, located at 402 West Wayne St. in Fort Wayne. It is likely that if you’re visiting from out of town, you will be arriving via I-69 from either north or south of the city. If you’re coming from I-69 north of Fort Wayne (or if you’re staying at the area around Washington Center and Lima Roads), take exit 111A to head south on Lima Road (aka US-27). Take Lima Road south for about a mile until you cross Coliseum Boulevard. Immediately past Coliseum, veer right on Wells Street. Continue south on Wells Street for about 2.8 miles until you reach Wayne Street. Turn left (east) on Wayne Street, and the Woman’s Club will be on the left.
If you’re coming from the south, exit I-69 onto Illinois Road eastbound at exit 105A. Follow Illinois Road for about 2 miles, until it tees at Jefferson Boulevard. Turn left on Jefferson, and take it east for 2.5 miles to Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and head north two blocks to Wayne Street. Turn right on Wayne and head east for two blocks until just past Fairfield Avenue. The Woman’s Club will be on the left.
Parking is available on the city streets around the Woman’s Center, and it’s free on the weekends. Additionally, many of the local churches have their parking lots open on Saturdays. If you’re staying downtown, you may want to take advantage of your hotel’s shuttle service to avoid needing to find a parking space.
